I called Google early December 2021 to report issues with my hoogle home hub max.

 
It does not answer to any request first time you ask and then say "hmmm there may be an error" or " there seems to be a glitch".
This issue is slowly getting worse to know someday it takes 3 attempts to get an answer or a routine to start. I was yold there is a recognised issue and Google will be releasing a update but to date nothing has changed and I have factory reset the device twice and its still the same, this is now 2 months in total this has been happening and I have now purchased an amazon echo show 8 for my livingoom replacing the Google Home but still have my Hub Max in the kitchen for routines and camera but if this issue cannot be fixed soon I'll sell for water I get for it and go with Echo show 10 for my main voice assist.
 
Do you know what's happening or do you know of a fix as I am a very frustrated customer who has always choose Google but my Echo show is pretty nice and very responsive so I am slowly moving away from Google complety de to this issue.
 
Iv had my home hub max for over 2 years and I have loved it and its only recent last 2 months that have had issues and I need them gone or I'm gone.
