How can a Google Nest Mini log into a WiFi point that has a login screen?

My daughter has started university, and she's taken her Google Nest Mini with her.

The problem is that the university's WiFi requires entering details into a login screen, not just the usual WiFi password, in order to access the WiFi.

How can she log into the WiFi from the Google Nest Mini? Is there a way to do this via the Google Home app (on her iPhone), or is there another workaround, e.g. from her Chromebook?

A travel router will work.
