How do I chance the default gmail account/user on the Google Nest Hub Max?

So I use Google Home and I have our home set up with her and I both in the same "Family".  I can change the account on either of our phones and see all the same devices (the nest, lights, etc).  The problem is her Gmail account has youtube premium and she is the one who watches it most.  So on the Hub it defaults to my account/my picture so of course all of the suggested youtube videos are ones I played on my account.  How do I change the Hub to her account? I've Googled it and the instructions that come up don't work--there is no "migrate accounts" for example in the Nest app.   Its very frustrating because its easy to change accounts on the phone you should be able to just tap the account and change it.

Yes I saw it but it doesn't tell me how to change the account THE GOOGLE HUB MAX USES.

I have the same issue! I bought a hub and mini 3 days ago and am likely returning both bc it seems impossible to switch YouTube, pandora accounts on the nest hub gen 2.

The Google Hub Max would be using the email address within the app which is where the article that was provided would be helpful.
