How do I turn on Google Weather Frog on 2nd gen Nest Hub?

How do I turn on the weather frog on the 2nd gen Hub? On Max and 1st gen, you get the frog by turning the feature on under experimental features, but on 2nd gen, that does not exists.

There IS a setting under PhotoFrame for the frog - but turning it on ('show') seems to do nothing?

I finally saw it on my 2nd gen after choose a personal photo album as the clock face.

It comes up randomly, not sure how to get it to show on demand.

Hey there,

Apologies for the late response here, but we were able to test this and you can say, "Hey Google, change Photo Frame" which will take you to the settings on your display, scroll all the way down to Google Weather Frog and there will be a Hide/ Show option to "Cycle through animated weather conditions with a lovable frog, in addition to photos".

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Garrett DS

How can we get the weather frog to display exclusively without photos

Hi Jake,

I am also wondering if it is/ever will be possible to have a frog-only clock face. I really liked the frog on my 1st gen nest hub, and I was sad to see it go when I got my 2nd gen.
