I have a hey google hub , I have not used it for a while , and now have a new internet provider
please can you advise me on how to get it up and running again ?

Open the Google Home app. .
Touch and hold your device's tile.
At the top right corner, tap Settings. Device information.
Next to "Wi-Fi," tap Forget. ...
Follow the setup steps to set up your device on the new Wi-Fi network.
