How to fix the given problem?

In Google Home I made some routine. At the time of routine assistant don't speak and a notification come that 4 activities need action.

How to fix the problem.

1.) Also tell me that is it necessary to connect the phone (or tab because I have tab) with a speaker.

2.) If yes then i connect my tab to a boat speaker through Bluetooth then also same problem happens.

Please help me to fix the problem.

• Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
• Is this a new issue? Were your routines working before?
• Do you have examples of which routine actions you set? What happens when it does not work?
• Are your devices connected on the same WiFi network?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you attempted so far?
