Hi I have problem with HUB Max and Update loop... each times when reach 100%, device is rebooting..
Do you have any solution for that ? THX

I experienced the similar problem past couple of days after having to master reset the hub max. I had to reset the hub because I switched out my router and changed passwords. After finally getting it to connect, It started boot looping. I’ve tried all of the above mentioned procedures that were recommended by other users and all have failed. Finally, I decided to try something different, once you get into the set up menu on your phone and ask which room the device would be in, do not use a room that you previously used. I created a new room and everything seem to work correctly afterwards including updates. I hope this helps as it helped me.

Hi Alex,
yes I have tried, and one more time failed.. still this same loop with updating to 100% and reboot..
I am courios if some one was able to fix that issue somehow...
I will still search some solutions 😞
