Hub won't link. Have reset many times. Shows in local devices.

Finally worked. Enable local device on ios

I've heard about this "local devices" section, but never seen it. I've seen the "linked to you" section at the bottom of the devices page which means it hasn't been moved into a Home and Room.

Can you take a screenshot?

Null.........

Local device. Cannot add to room or link to account 

I think this is a Matter/Thread issue. I don't know anything about that. Maybe a Nest Community specialist will be able to help.
