Hubspace integration help

Hi there,

I’ve just set up some smart lights via Hubspace and wanted to integrate controls with my Google mini. However whenever I go to add the Hubspace connection on the Google home app, after approving the connection in Hubspace, a Google tab opens showing a 404 error. I can’t seem to figure out why Google won’t connect to my Hubspace app. Please help! Thanks!

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Since this is the first time that you will connect Hubspace to your Google Nest Mini, let's make sure that your phone, Hubspace and Google Nest Mini are all connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Also, check the distance between devices making sure that they all get a good connection from the router. Lastly, you may try using a different phone while trying to link it and see if this would make any changes.
