I bought tuya smart doorbell and don't work

I bought tuya smart doorbell camera to link on my Google nest hub, and when I connect using smart life app or tuya app, Google home assistant show this error it's very annoying because I bought this 2 devices to work and don't work at all.  The tuya device shows that works with Google nest hub

 My camera works good  on tuya app, and same devices are on same wifi network 2,4 GHz. Hope for help in order to fix

Have you tried linking Google Assistant from the Smart Life app instead?

Yes I tried and I get the same error.

Does it work if you set it up using the Tuya Smart app from the app store, then link Tuya Smart in the Google Home app instead?

No i tested on tuya app and smart life and dont work...

In that case, I'd recommend contacting Tuya support.

Our technical person has checked that your device is a doorbell camera, and kindly let you know if you want to link your camera and camera monitoring screen to Alexa/Google, but you can't succeed, then you need to contact the device seller to activate this feature for you (for your privacy, this feature is mostly closed).

As an IoT platform, Tuya Smart provides a development platform for product manufacturers or developers. However, we are unable to add functions to individual products. Developers are responsible for this configuration. Powered by Tuya (PBT) is a mark of interconnectivity across different brands and categories, which means that this product is developed based on the Tuya Smart IoT platform.

so i dont know what to do. because each company give me to talk to another . First i talked to google support told me to talk Tuya, now i talked to tuya, now they told me to talk with seller. seems that are selling stuff deceiving people that it is compatible with google home and ultimately it is not.

I already regret having bought both devices because the main purpose was to serve as a doorbell and screen in the kitchen would be google nest to talk and see the camera.

I understand your frustration. It appears that your doorbell does not support the feature, which is why the Google Home app was unable to detect it. Unfortunately, Google cannot take any action in this case as the manufacturer holds the authority to enable such features.

Based on the email sent to you by Tuya support, they stated that your device is "Powered by Tuya" and is developed using the Tuya Smart IoT platform. It is recommended to verify this information directly with the manufacturer, as we do not have any details regarding why they advertised the device as compatible with Google Home despite it not being so.

But when i bought the smartdoorbell shows that on buy page that is compatible with google home, google home is not the same with google nest hub that haves google home?sdfsd.JPG
