I can’t connect my Google Nest Audio and no reset button on the top please help

I've just recceived my new Nest Audio. Unfortunately I can't connect it with Google Home app.

When I plug in the Nest Audio, it boots (leds are visible) but then once booted, all leds stops to be visible and I can't do anything. I can only tap it on sides to change volume (getting response on that). Even when the mic is off, the leds are not visible. Could you please help me? I've already tried using different devices to pair with Nest Audio, unfortunately without any success.

Thank you!

On the back of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
