I can’t connect my Google Nest Audio and no reset button on the top please help

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with resetting your Google Nest Audio device. I would be more than happy to help resolve this issue.

 

Here are the steps to Factory Data Reset your Google Nest Audio:

  1. On the back of the device, switch the mic off. The LEDs will turn orange. It will say "The mic's off" in whatever language the device is set to.
  2. Press and hold the center of the Nest Audio, near the top. After 5 seconds, the device will begin the factory reset process. It will say, "You're about to completely reset this device. Release to cancel" in whatever language the device is set to.
  3. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more until the Google Assistant plays a sound to confirm that the factory reset started. After 5 more seconds, it will reboot and then play its startup sound.
