If you are looking for help from Google Nest Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Which model of Google Home device do you have?
  • Is this the first time you're trying to connect your device?
  • Were there any recent changes to the network?
  • Do you get any error messages when you try to connect your Google Home device? If so, what error message do you get?
  • Are the Google Home app and your phone up to date?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?
