Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. You can try to restart both devices, make sure that they are connected fully in the app, and try again. If you can't connect it there, then you would want to try a different device. Look here to find out how to use Nest cameras on the hub max. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
