I have no home WiFi. I am using my phone WiFi Hotspot to watch tv. I want to connect my Citation One

My Landlord disconnected his Home WiFi contract. So I am using my Android phones WiFi Hotspot to watch my TV. I am also trying to connect my Citation One to my WiFi Hotspot. But I cannot get it happening. 

Can anyone please help me with this issue?
