I’m having the same issue with my Google hub. Stuck on the g screen with recovery or factory reset not helping.

Me too seems to have happened today. Factory reset not working

Mine is doing the same thing. I have tried factory reset, the recovery mode then reset, but there is no change

Hi

I "chatted" with support via this link - https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

They took me through same process - no resolution -  but agreed to arrange a replacement, just need to find receipt etc.
