I'm not able to setup music alarm on my Google Home Mini? It respond, I can't do that at this time.

I've been using Google Home since last 6 months and initially I've set music alarm for a specific song. From last two months, it has stopped playing my already setup music alarm and doesn't respond to my setting up music alarm. It respond that it can't do that at this time or setup an alarm with the name of the song. Also, the issues are with family bell. I've setup family bell with Hindi and it was fine till it just changed accent and speak jibberish for Hindi language content.
