Issue with set up nest camera on nest hub max

I have issue with set up nest camera on Google nest hub max and want to solve it.  Nest hub max is my first gadget with nest camera. Camera and hub works good, but when I try to “set up nest camera” and follow all step- after the application asks me if I have other Nest devices, which is not the case. So, I choose "No" and it requests permission to create a new Nest Network, After I do that, I get the error message. I live at United Arab Emirates.

Same here, in Israel. It used to work for me 2 years ago. Then I moved apartment. Reset the device and app.

Never working since. Over a year now. Same error always: "Problem connecting to cloud".

And I cannot find how to solve problem… camera is works, but “nest camera” options is not set up it all. “server error. try again later.” It’s never works for me. waiting for someone to tell me how to help...

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub Max. Since you've mentioned that you are both located in UAE and Israel, some features might not be available on that part of the globe as Google Nest Hub Max is not yet launched on your countries.

 

However, as a workaround, you can try switching your device's language to English US to see if it works. Just to give you a heads up, this workaround may or may not work.
