I tried to connect my Home Mini many times but it's always showing that couldn't able to connect .

Thanks for your post. Let's get this issue resolved so that your Google Nest Mini can start working! I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Is this the first time you are setting up your Google Nest Mini?
  • What country are you located in?
  • Is your Google Nest Mini showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Where are you seeing the error message? On the device itself or the Google Home App?
  • Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices? 
  • Have you tried connecting your Google Nest Mini to a mobile hotspot instead? What happens?
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
