It shows the connection failed for my Google Home. I didn't have this issue with my prevs apartments

Thanks for your post. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your device is not connecting to WiFi. I would be more than happy to help! First, I have some questions.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Have you tried doing a Factory Data Reset? Is there any improvement?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
  • What type of WiFi does your new apartment have? Is it one step password WiFi that is private? Or is is a public two-step WiFi?
