My Jeopardy subscription is no longer working!

A few questions: are you trying to play Jeopardy on Google Home or Google Nest speakers and displays? If so, what's the message you're getting when you say “Hey Google, play Jeopardy!”?

Hi, 

When I first say Hey Google let's play Jeopardy it will then cut to another screen and will say I'm sorry can you repeat that or something to that effect. And it's the voice of the assistant on Jeopardy. Then I'll say let's play Jeopardy and it'll go to the game but will only give me the first set of questions. Then it will ask me if I want to subscribe and although I'm already subscribed I will say yes and then it will come up with I'm sorry Jeopardy is not responding please try again.

Hi Cari6580,

 

Thanks for the update. Could you try reinstalling your Google Home and Google Assistant app? Have you also tried rebooting your Google Home? If the issue persists, try resetting your Google Home to its default settings.

I have tried all that. Everything works fine. It is just the Jeopardy game. And I am being charged $6.99 and $2.99 monthly for the subscription.  I'll reinstall everything again, I guess.
