Lenovo smart clock not switching off

Fluffyfrog

Cannot get Google assistant to turn off at a predetermined time when using it as a sleep

timer. Have tried taking back to factory settings and deleting home app to no avail. Completely at a loss what else to do.

I have already tried the methods you suggested, all to no avail. Even deleted the app and downloaded again but no change.

Thanks

Hey there,

Please do not post any information here in the Community that may affect your personal safety and security, for example, your device serial number. It's best that you contact Lenovo directly about your concern as instructed above to further the troubleshooting. This channel is for troubleshooting Google Nest devices.

Kind regards,

Hi Fluffyfrog,

Good choice and welcome to Google. While waiting for your Lenovo, using your Nest Mini is the way to go. You might also want it to be your default speaker. If it's not set up yet, use this link to know the requirements and follow the steps. Explore its features, check out this guide.

Best,

Dan
