I recently changed service providers from xfinity to T-Mobile internet. After the switch all of my routers and points continued to work however all of my nest minis, nest hub displays and neat doorbells stopped working. I have factory reset all devices and removed devices from the home app.
some of them have come back into the home app but are showing no linked accounts. But there is no way to select an account for them to link to. How do I link accounts for those to start working. Others are simply not connecting at all. I’ve attached multiple screenshots of all problems I need resolved

You link an account during the first time setup, so it appears as though setup wasn't completed properly?
You mentioned having reset them, was that by following these steps?
