Lowering volume when speaking

Hi

This is about my Android TV but there's not an option for it

It lowers the volume when you say ok Google anywhere in the house. 

The attached instructions so go to the audio settings in Home for that device 

But there is no audio setting in this device 

What can I do?

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what is the make and model of your TV? Does it have a built-in Chromecast or plugged in Chromecast? How do you cast to your TV (Voice or App)? Also, what is the firmware version of your Android TV?
