MY NEST HUB WONT CONEECT TO WIFI BEACUSE OF MY COUNTRY?

i cant connect to the wifi the nest hub stuck on updating 0% after i did the installation.

i saw some pop up that said that its wont connect to wifi in your country 

 

please help i bought it new

Hey ofirshudari,

 

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out.

 

Give these steps a whirl:

 

  • Make sure your Google Nest Hub is within 15 feet of your Wi-Fi router. 
  • Reboot your Nest hub, phone and router for 1-2 minutes to refresh the connection.
  • Toggle Wi-Fi settings on your phone off and on.
  • Check router settings. (AP isolation must be disabled and UPnP must be enabled). 
  • If you're using an iOS device, make sure Local network access is turned on for the Google Home app. Here's how: Privacy > Local Network > Google Home app.
  • Use a mobile hotspot to set up your devices (To isolate the issue).
