Hi, after the recent name change from Scala radio to Magic Classical in the UK, my Nest Hub won't connect to the new station. It won't recognise 'Play Magic Classical' instead looking for Scala radio and confirming that it can't play this station as it's off air.
Anybody having the same issue? Anybody suggest a fix? Reboot hasn't solved.
Thanks

Yes. But after three attempts I got in. Hopefully they’ve permanently fixed the issue.

Yes same here...was able to play and now says ...can't play on this device or not available on TuneIn. Only way I've found is to use Rayo app and cast to Google device. Emailed Magic Classical and no response..

Same with me on my Google mini. It's trying to load it from TuneIn and fails, or by altering the command usually gives some random spotify list or track.

I can get it on the Rayo app but I can't see the option to cast to speaker.

Hi there!
Thanks for posting in the community.
I'm sorry to hear you can't play the new station, Magic Classical, on your Nest Hub since Scala Radio changed its name to Magic Classical in the UK. I'm more than happy to help!
If your Nest Hub doesn't play the radio station you requested, try these steps:

Sorry but your suggestions ain’t of use. The benefit of a google speaker should be that you can ask for a radio station and get it, not that one has to trot off and find frequencies. Also why should I have to cast to a speaker from another device when all worked fine prior to the name change. Where does the fault lie? Is this a Google issue or a Bauer Media issue?

Hi Sacul,
Thank you for posting in the Community.
I am sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps suggested were not useful in your case. I would like to have more specific information to provide you with better assistance. Could you please answer the following questions?
What is the model of your Google Nest speaker?
Have you set your time zone and location correctly?
Have you linked your radio services?
Regarding your final questions, I've noticed that sometimes the inconvenience is related to outdated app updates. You might try uninstalling the Google Home app and the app you're using to stream Magic Classical radio.
Please let me know if this suggestion helps.
Best regards,
Virna

Magic Classical appears to working ok for me now on my Google Mini - I had an email from Bauer tech support and shortly afterwards it seems to be working again by saying "Play Magical Classical"

Finally seem to be able to access Magic Classical now. My hub says ‘streaming Magic Classical fro Tune-in’.
