Maximum six "Home Control" Tiles on UK Nest Hub?

Matt88

Is there a maximum of six "Home Control" tiles on UK Nest Hub?

I have: Lights, Speakers and TVs, Camera, Routines, Climate, and Rooms.

When I add my Yale alarm system, the new Security tile replaces the Camera tile. There appears to be two spaces for additional tiles at the bottom of the screen (eight tile spaces in total). I cannot find any way of re-arranging the tiles, or prioritising one over another if the limit is six. I have to remove the link between Google and Yale to remove the Security tile to get the Camera tile back.

I have searched the forums, and a general Google search for answers, as well as asking Hey Google as well.

Firmware version: 324896

Thanks in advance, Matt.

Hi Princess, I have four images ready to upload which show this; however I am getting the error "You do not have permission to upload images." when I try to insert an image. Thanks, Matt

Images showing before and after adding Yale Smart Living security panel. There appears to be space for eight tiles, but only six ever appear even after adding the security one.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the images you've shared. I've checkedd our Google Nest Hub Max to compare the display that you're getting and found out that we're getting the same thing. After a series of resetting the Google Nest display, it seems that the display of 6 tiles is normal.

In the meantime, we’d like to encourage you to send a feedback regarding this and for any features that you’re looking forward to using with our Google Nest devices.

Best,

Princess

Thank you for checking, I have sent feedback as you suggest, but I have so far had no response and the issues has not been resolved. I am still unable to have a Camera and Security tile on this screen at the same time. I guess I have to wait to see if Goggle do anything about the feedback. Anything you can do to raise the profile of this feedback within Goggle would be appreciated, thank you.
