Motion Sense setting is missing on Nest Hub 2

Motion Sense setting is missing on Nest Hub 2.

I have been looking for a solution online for weeks and I can't find anything. I can set up all well on my phone, but there is nothing in the nest hub. 

Nothing of this worked...

1. I rebooted more than 10 times 

2. I signed in with differents accounts. 

3. Worked solutions with Google fit and nothing. 

Any ideas about this issue?

Thanks a lot, but I have no option in the menu as described in the link.
