My Google Home Mini isn’t turning on no sign of anything. Tried different chords and everything.

Thank you for your message. Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Mini device is not powering on. I appreciate you taking the time to try and troubleshoot this issue. I would be more than happy to help to get your Google Nest Mini running again. 
  • With the original cord that came with the device, could you please try to do a Factory Data Reset on your device?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
      Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
If your device is unresponsive when you say "Hey Google" or does not make any sound when you attempt to factory reset it, could try these steps:
  1. Unplug the power cord from your speaker. Wait for 10 seconds. Plug it back in, and wait until all 4 lights on top illuminate.
  2. Repeat step 1, 10 more times.
  3. After you plug your speaker back in the final time, you'll need to wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home. To get started, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet," to let you know that it’s ready for setup.
This solution could be tedious, but your patience is greatly appreciated.
  • Lastly, after this process, could you please tell me if there any improvements after a Factory Data Reset or is the device still not working?
