My Google Home keeps saying something went wrong he does not answer my question

Thank you for your message. I understand your concern, having your Google Assistant not work is frustrating. I would be more than happy to help look into this issue. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is your device powering and working normally besides this issue?
  • Is your device showing up as connected on the Google Home App?
  • Have you tried restarting your device?
  • If that does not work, could you try to Factory Data Reset your device?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
      Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
