My Google Mini

My bdrm mini went off in the middle of the night and played music loudly.  Not cool.  Would this be a google technician having fun or could there be an actual glitch?  I tried reaching out to google via their phone line for this product and the recording said that the number was no longer active.  ugh.  Not trusting the device so much now.

  • Have you experienced any power outages in your area?
  • Have you tried connecting the speaker to a different power source?
  • May I know the model of your smartphone?
  • Is the speaker's assistant working?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
