My Nest Hub is showing lines on the left side of the display. What should I do?

I have tried rebooting the device, reconnecting with the power source, but the lines remain as it is.

  • Which Google display device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • When did this issue occur? Did the device receive any accidental damage?
