Currently going through the process of trying to get my second broken hub Max replaced in as many months. I've been lied to, I've been gaslighted. I've been asked to just give them another day to get back to me for almost a week. My strong recommendation to anyone reading this because not to buy any Google home product. The feature set is nice but it does not nearly make up for the incredibly shoddy workmanship, and the customer service has devolved to by far the worst I've ever dealt with from any consumer or pro-electronics brand. And that includes a lot of the Chinese brands I deal with.
I deserve to be treated better for the money that I spend, I deserve to be treated better for allowing Google to profit off my data. And so do you.
I could detail my experience here but just search for nest hub Max dead, all the stories are the same.
Attention people that work at Google. There are not any other companies in the entire industry that require two or three or more service calls, multiple verification videos and photos, and putting up with being lied to and gaslighted in order to have a customer service function fulfilled. That's just you. You're alone in that. Thought you'd want to know. Thought your customers and potential customers should know too.
