Nest Audio Not Responding

Hi,

I have a Nest Audio device that doesn't responde to voice or the mute button. Its constantly stuck on 2 lights and I cant reset. I've tried a few on-off methods to no avail. 

Any suggestions?

Unplug/plug 8 times apparently worked on a Mini. Maybe the same will work on your Audio
