Hi there!
I have two Nest Audio speakers with same software/ firmware updates connected to the same wi-fi network They play really nicely as separate speakers. They also play nice as a separate speaker group. When I pair them as stereo, they crumble! Great sound ensues for a variable period of time then one or the other speaker simply drops off Home never to be found again. Assistant says it can't connect to one speaker or the other. Solution requires a factory reset (sometimes for both units) just to get back to a regular install. This is, obviously, very frustrating. Other than the fresh factory installs I've been doing any ideas on how to get these guys working as a stereo pair? Gratitude!

I ran into the same issue yesterday and this morning.
i reset the speakers. when I added them to home, I put them in a different room than the first try. for example, originally in living room. problems pairing. reset. added to den room.
that worked for now. good luck
btw, the home app is garbage. google should be embarrassed for putting out such trash.

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. Happy to hear that your issue is resolved and @MrJinx was able to help. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread shortly unless I can help out with anything else.
Cheers,
