First of all, it is interesting that Google Nest products became so bad, that Google decided to open an own forum for it.
Since half a year I am having problems with crackling Nest Audio and Google Max. The often proposed solution of turning of ultrasound is not helping. No useful reply, no reply from a google responsible at all. Great thanks for nothing.
Secondly, I am having continously issues with Speaker Groups in the Google Home App. Also not answered since months. Often when I look at Google Home, my groups are just disappeared. I notice it because I cannot stream on Spotify. After turning WIFI on and off and restarting the App a few times, waiting a few minutes, then it works. But this is just awkward.
Would appreciate it if there are some USEFUL replies, maybe from some Google officials? Otherwise this is going back, like it was the case for Nest thermostat, that got network issues for 3 times (was 3 times replaced becuase not possible to repair)
