Nest Audio dysfunctional

Hi community,

after trying to reach out to the Help center of the Google store without luck (operation hours stated on site: 12 am - 11:59 pm and it tells me I shall try it next time within operation hours) I hope to establish a contact via this post.

 

Some days ago my Google Nest Audio stopped working all of a sudden. Power cable seems to be fine since it showed no reaction plugging it in with the cable of my second Nest Audio, either. (Second Nest Audio works without issues.)

When plugging it in, no lights show, no booting happens, no sounds... Hence, there's not even a chance to set it back to factory settings.

 

Since the speaker is still covered by warranty as far as I could figure it out via the warranty check form, I'd like to refund the affected device.
