What ever source I use I need to go into the EQ and toggle it to get the best sound. The settings never hold on the device although they do stay the same in the home app. Especially the treble lowers after each track played from spotify. Have to go back into the EQ and just togle a little to bring it back.

Hi nickcollins71,
Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about this experience. Could you please tell us when did you notice this change on its behavior?
Let's go ahead and try first to perform a reboot simply by unplugging the Google Nest Audio from the power source for at least a few minutes. As soon as it's plugged in, navigate the Home app and adjust the equalizer to see if this would make any changes on its behavior. Lastly, it would be best if you can also try it using a different phone to see if there's any difference.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Princess

Hi thanks for getting back. I have tried on another device using stream radio or Spotify. Still same. While playing a song I just touch the bass slider and the whole sound improves, treble becomes clearer. Very strange. Try it
