Nest Audio two white dots

My device will not do anything but display 2 white dots. I've tried factory resetting by unplugging 10 seconds then plugging back in 10+ times but that does nothing. I did notice that every couple of time no lights would come on at all. The device is using the power cord it came with and I also tried the cable my other unit came with.  How can a factory reset be performed when the device does nothing but show two white dots always.

For whatever reason today the speaker decided to factory reset on its own. Hopefully the issue doesn't happen again but if it does I will fill out the form at that time.

Ummm what steps? No steps were actually posted as the speaker started to work. Is this a line you reply with before closing out conversations with readings them?
