Nest Audio will not play some streaming services, including BBC

Hi

As of this morning my Nest Audio will not stream some services including BBC radio and Spotify. It will however play others including LBC. I have factory reset and reconnected it without success. The speaker is connected and confirms it is streaming the requested service, but no sound. Any ideas gratefully received.

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, please unlink and relink the affected music services in the Google Home app and reboot your Nest Audio.
