My gen 2 nest has stopped responding. It powers up but then nothing.
It wont allow me to factory reset it (I get no confirmation from the mute button and no orange lights). Even the volume up/down doesn’t appear to work.
It did a software update yesterday and was working OK but this morning I woke up and nothing.
Have powered down and back up several times but it makes no difference.

I ended up throwing it away and buying a new one. A little disappointing that it appeared to ‘brick’ shortly after an update…
