Nest Hub (1 gen) weather data missing and tabs non available

Hello, I have the following issue:

In the Home screen of my Nest Hub, the weather data are not available since some months and when the weather data are not available the tabs are not available too. I reset the device 4-5 times, sometimes the problem is solved for some days, sometimes nothing is changing.

Is it a bug ? is it possible to solve it somehow?
