I'm having the same issue. Rebooting doesn't help.

Hi folks,
@gershomww, @Clee1, I'm sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub doesn't have any sound. For confirmation, is it not responding to command or has no power at all? Have you tried setting the volume to ten via voice command? Also, try to change the volume by pressing the volume bar found on the side of your Nest Hub.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan

Hey everyone, my issue was resolved thankfully. Somehow the default speaker selection had reverted to a Bluetooth speaker that I have not used in months. I changed the setting to "this device" and problem solved.

Hi folks,
@gershomww, that's great news! Would you mind sharing the steps here in the Community for everyone to follow?
@Clee1, could you check your default device on your settings to see if that fixes it? Open your Home app and tap your Nest speaker. Go to the gear icon(settings) on the upper right corner then select audio. From there you can choose the device you want as default. For more information, click this link.
Tell me how it goes.
Regards,
Dan
