After the update to Fuchsia, all three of my nest hub gen 2 will play video feeds from any of my nest cam wired (version 1.67) cameras. After a few minutes the screen will go black. It'll return to the picture frame mode, but I'll need to reboot it up get it display a camera again.
I have three cameras and three hubs. Behavior exists for all three hubs with all three cameras. This only started after the recent upgrade.
While the screen is black to the cameras I am able to use other hubs or the android app to watch the video.

To add to the mystery - I just opened the app to reboot a failed camera and I noticed the app thinks the hub is paused trying to play a YouTube video nobody asked about, no one was in the room when it went dark.

I have exactly the same problem. One camera, 2 display hubs. Please fix - makes the whole thing useless.

I've done a handful of additional steps. I've removed the cameras from my account and rebooted them. Same problem.
Factory reset of the hub is still the same problem.
