Good day I got a new Nest hub and I have an issue with my preview of my nest camera's
If you select 'Home control' from the top drawer, and select 'Cameras' and you don't get a preview of the cameras on the screen, but you get a camera feed when you select on the individual camera. It is now showing an explanation mark on each camera.
anyone who knows how to solve this?

This screen on the Nest Hub has always shown blank tiles for cameras and doorbells, even though it LOOKS like they should be previews.
And the exclamation point for all older cameras and doorbells (those that work in the Google Nest app) appeared a couple of months ago, Google Nest has acknowledged the problem, but has not provided an explanation.

Well that's bad if that is the case..... I might return the device.

If it helps, you can go to the preview/beta website, home.google.com, to get a live feed of all of your cameras.

Hey Jel_215,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how great it is when you can have a preview of your Nest cameras on the Google Nest Hub Max screen, but this feature is not available. We're always looking for ways to improve - we'll take this as feedback, and we'll gladly pass it along to the team. You can also send feedback using your device by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback." Visit this link for more steps.
For the exclamation mark showing cameras on the Nest Hub Max, our team is aware of it and currently looking into this issue at hand. I suggest you follow the thread on this link for updates about the exclamation mark.
Let us know if you have additional questions or concerns about your Nest Hub Max. Otherwise, I'll close the thread after 24 hours.
Cheers,
Muddi
