A couple of days ago I got an alert my camera was offline. I've tried resetting my Hub Max and Router. Nothing helps. In the app the blue circle will just spin. I have three other cameras that work fine. This seems to be a known issue as it's reported all over the web. Has Google found a solution? More importantly, one that works?

This is not the experience we wanted you to have and thank you for doing the steps beforehand. Let me help you. A few things: were there recent changes made? Do you see “offline” status on your Google Home app?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
Once done, follow up with the steps below:

I actually did get it to start working again. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in after a minute or so.
