Nest Hub Max Camera - Not working Unable to remove

I have had several issues with my Nest Hub Maxs in recent weeks which required me to factory reset the devices. After completing the resets, I now have a 'Camera' in my home which does not work, and cannot be deleted. 

Both of my Hub Maxs are working and so are their cameras, so it seems to be some ghost from pre factory reset. 

I have checked my sign ins and tried everything I can think of to remove from my home but to no avail.

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you have had some inconvenience with the Nest Hub and now, i understand that your Nest camera can't be deleted from the account. I'm happy to help you! 

  • What type of Nest camera do you have?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
  • Have you tried to add the nest camera back? 
  • Did you get any error code or message when you tried to delete the Nest camera?

Hi Russel, this seems to be a ghost camera. All of my hubs and cameras are working fine. There is an extra camera appearing that shows nothing and I am unable to remove. I have attached images below. Thanks!
