My Nest Hub Max freezes in the middle of casting a streaming service from my android phone.
It looks like it gets disconnected but the display screen stays frozen without making any noises.
The only way to bring the smart display back on is by unplugging and plugging it back on.
It has been happening in the past 2 weeks while I try to cast something from my phone.

Hey SOB,
I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.
Is it only happening when you're casting to it? Are you still using the original power cable and adapter? Also, is it plugged directly into a wall outlet? Could you try resetting your Google Nest Hub Max to its default settings. If you'll get the same result, please provide the cast firmware and software version of your device.
Thanks,
Alex
