Nest Hub Max VIDEO DEFECT!

So many people have posted about this issue and not a single peep from Google.. This is extremely frustrating. I bought this device to be able to see my granddaughter's beautiful faces while we're chatting and suddenly video goes black. At this point I would not recommend this device to anyone it's too frustrating.  OK GOOGLE, FIX IT!
