Yet again I’m having problems with my 2 hub maxes cameras they both were working fine for a couple months now. Then last week they went off line again . Google has no idea what’s wrong with them . Was on the phone for over 2 hours and went through factory reset ,checked setting in app. reset both routers and checked all settings for Comcast and google/nest mesh everything is the way it’s suppose to be yet they have no answers and of course they never got back to me yet again …. Is anyone else having issues with their hub max cameras ?

I know how important for you to have a working built-in camera on the Google Nest Hub Max - I'd love to help. A few questions: when did the issue start? Are you able to stream the camera from the Nest and Google Home app? Could you share the case ID so we can further check what's happening on your device.
